Types of Therapy I Offer
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with varied training experiences. I am a cognitive behavioral (CBT) therapist and a psychoanalytic psychologist. I function as a collaborator, a coach and a psychologist who can help you understand complex processes in simplified way. This is one of my gifts as a psychotherapist.
My approach to therapy is active and our discussions do not involve me sitting back and letting you do all of the talking. Therapy in which the psychologist stays quiet and the patients fills the entire session with monologues simply doesn’t lead to real change.
I cater the therapy to meet your needs. I do not apply a one-size-fits-all mentality to my work.

I am very experienced in helping people achieve solid outcomes via video therapy. Telehealth counseling is obviously a rapidly growing field during the Covid pandemic. Online therapy can be a powerful experience right from the comfort of your own home.
